The year is going by! November always brings me a mix of emotions, it reminds me that a new year is coming but that my goal list is not quite close to being accomplished! Then that leads to stress, anxiety, some sleepless nights, replanning, reorganizing, reevaluating my life choices 😂, changing my mindset again, refocusing on myself and what truly matters… and literally the list could go on. But what is my point? You, we control most of our narrative to our story of life. Yes there are things that happen to us which are just out of our hands, don’t let it run your mind wild, learn quick how to breathe through the stress, exercise it out, sleep it off and begin again. Love yourself enough to take care of what you can and let go of what you can’t.

Well what’s been going on?! I missed February blog altogether, so if this year going by like this… WOW! Growth through adversity is soooooo important! Be afraid but start your business, be apprehensive start that new job, be uncomfortable with the thought of moving on from a relationship, your city or whatever but if you have a firm plan and a route to accomplish your goal do it safely, but just do it!!! Why can I say this: I have DONE ALL OF THESE! Life is rough and it hasn’t been easy and I don’t expect it to get better sooner but guess what? I’m putting in the work to get the results I ultimately want. That brings me peace, self confidence from showing myself love and appreciation for the small accomplishments along the way 🙂
So in case I don’t write you all again before 2024 comes, please do YOU! Take care of yourself mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, as much as possible everyday. I really do mean everyday! Look in the mirror and ask yourself from time to time, am I taking care of you? If you can’t fully say yes! Then make a plan for improvement and get to work on it. No one can love you if you truly have a problem loving yourself and you can’t fully love someone if you fully don’t love yourself. So PLEASE DO YOU!
