If you are plant based do you find getting a variety of protein difficult? I sometimes struggle to get it right so when I find something new I definitely want to share! So I was given golden split peas, which I never had before so they sat in my cabinet for about two months. Finally decided to cook them thinking they should be like lentils but no they are not. That’s major because lentils have a good amount so I was pleasantly surprised and as always once seasoning was added they were hardy and tasty!
